RN Clinical Manager, Senior Living

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a RN Clinical Manager for our Exton, PA senior living office. This office provides best in class care to clients throughout Exton, PA and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Manager:

•  Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
•  Visit our Senior clients and conduct assessments in Exton, PA and other surrounding areas.
•  Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
•  Supervise home health aide (HHA) staff in the field.
  
•  Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff

Requirement(s) for Role:

•  Must have 1 years of home health experience

If you’re a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills, then a Clinical Manager position could be your dream job! 

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
  
• Supervisory experience preferred.
