RN Clinical Manager – Home Health Leadership Opportunity

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate, driven, and clinically strong Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager to lead and support our growing home health team in Sterling, VA. This is an outstanding opportunity for a home health professional with strong OASIS knowledge and leadership ability to mentor clinicians, drive quality outcomes, and help patients safely heal at home.

In this leadership role, you will oversee clinical operations, mentor field clinicians, and ensure exceptional patient care and regulatory compliance across the home health team.

• →Providing clinical leadership and support to nurses and therapists in the field
• →Reviewing OASIS documentation and ensuring Medicare compliance
• →Managing care plans (485s) and clinical documentation workflows
• →Supporting onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development
• →Serving as a clinical resource for triage and patient care guidance
• →Driving quality outcomes and best practices across the office

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Recent Home Health experience required
• Strong hands-on OASIS experience
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations and clinical documentation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
