BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) to join our Clarks Summit, PA office. This office offers full-service skilled and non-skilled home care to clients.

Responsibilities for the Clinical Manager

Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
Visit our clients and conduct assessments in Clarks Summit, PA and other surrounding areas.
Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
Supervise RNs/LPNs/HHAs/CNAs in the field.
Facilitate new hire orientation for RNs/LPNs/HHAs/CNAs.
Participate in the training of RNs/LPNs/HHAs/CNAs

Qualifications for the Clinical RN Manager:

Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
Trach/vent experience is a plus; training will be provided and supported after hire.
Supervisory experience.
