RN Nurse Manager, Clinical, Home Health

• →Lead, supervise, and support a team of clinicians delivering high-quality home health care
• →Review OASIS documentation, clinical notes, care plans, and other documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• →Help ensure adherence to Medicare regulations and BAYADA policies, procedures, and quality standards
• →Conduct client assessments, supervisory visits, and field support visits throughout Hudson County
• →Provide real-time clinical guidance and support to nurses in the field
• →Lead or participate in case conferences and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support quality outcomes
• →Facilitate orientation, onboarding, and ongoing development for newly hired clinicians
• →Complete skills validations, competency assessments, and performance coaching for new and tenured team members
• →Partner with office leadership to support quality, compliance, continuity of care, and overall clinical excellence

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience
• Home health experience strongly preferred
• OASIS and Medicare documentation knowledge preferred
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for supporting clients and developing clinical teams in the home setting

• Full-time role: exempt
• Monday–Friday, daytime office hours 8:30am–5:00pm
• Combination of office-based leadership and field-based client visits
• Occasional travel for site visits, meetings, and community engagement
• Participation in on-call rotation as needed
