→Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
→Minimum of two years of RN experience.
→At least one year of Home Health and OASIS experience required.
→Acute care, medical-surgical, rehabilitation, or sub-acute nursing experience preferred.
→Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
→Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership abilities.
→Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
→Passion for mentoring clinicians and delivering exceptional patient care.
