💵 Pay: $25.00 – $35.00/hr base + uncapped commissions – Top pay for top talent
🕒 Schedule: Full-time | Saturday/Sundays; Monday-Wednesday 12-8; Thursday and Fridays off. Will not be scheduled to work on Holidays!

🛠️ What You’ll Do:

Diagnose, repair, and upgrade residential plumbing systems
Perform high-quality service work with professionalism and attention to detail
Communicate clearly with homeowners, explain solutions, and build trust
Offer maintenance options and recommend services when appropriate
Complete accurate service tickets using mobile apps or standard forms
Follow safety codes and best practices in all repairs and installations

👷 What You Bring:

Minimum 3+ years of professional plumbing service experience
Deep knowledge of residential systems, troubleshooting, and code compliance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Clean, valid Florida driver’s license
Must pass drug screen and background check
Relevant licenses or certifications are a big plus
