Part Time Duty Manager - INTERNAL ONLY

We are looking for a bubbly, team player and enthusiastic hospo manager to join our team for 20 hours per week. You will need great presentation, good time management, organisation and be flexible with last minute changes. Please note there will be both evening and weekend shifts involved. 

Bay Catering caters to all events small and big from music festivals for ten thousand to bespoke breakfasts for fifteen people and everything in between.  As a Duty Manager, you will be in charge of insuring smooth service and good relationships with clients when delivering the event. You will be managing small to large teams and you will need to follow the Sale of Liquor Act at all time. You will have great hospo super stars working with you, that can train you and help you to reach next level.
