Assistant to Development Department

bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction, and other related services. Currently, bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for an Assistant to Development Department to join us in Limassol.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Provide necessary information for sales agreements preparation.
• Upload, check and update projects information as Area list, Drawings, Specifications, 3Ds (inform sales dep. For any updates, changes etc).
• Overseeing each project’s progress and update milestones dates, such as construction and delivery, on a monthly basis.
• Final check of the separated title deeds.
• Preparation of shares for each project.
• Tendering, evaluation and nomination of consultants.
  

Requirements for the position:

• Bachelor’s degree. Degree in Civil Engineer, or Architect will be considered as advantage.  
• Fluency in written and spoken in Greek and English are a must. 
• At least 2 years of experience in the construction industry. Experience in tendering or purchasing will be considered as an advantage. 
• Great character, responsible and trustworthy person. 
• Easy learning person. 
• Ambitious and multi-skilled person. 
• Multitask person. 
• Attention to detail. 
• Reporting skills. 
• Excellent Microsoft Office interaction and knowledge. 
• Knowledge of Procore or SAP Software will be considered as advantage.
