Head of PR

bbf: is one of the leading and rapidly expanding companies in the property market, delivering high-end residential and commercial projects across Cyprus and Greece. To further strengthen our brand presence and media relations, we are looking for an experienced and well-connected Head of PR to lead our public relations strategy and execution.

 
Job location - Limassol, Cyprus.

 
Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with bbf: corporate goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and international media, including newspapers, magazines, TV, radio, and online platforms.
• Act as the company’s spokesperson, ensuring positive representation across all communication channels.
• Oversee the planning and execution of press releases, media events, interviews, and public statements.
• Manage crisis communications and ensure consistency in the company’s messaging.
• Build strategic partnerships with influential stakeholders, industry leaders, and journalists to enhance brand visibility.
• Supervise the creation of PR content, including articles, speeches, editorials, and thought leadership pieces.
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure a unified brand voice across all platforms.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage the PR budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in PR or media relations.
• Native or fluent Greek and English speaker (Russian or other languages are a strong advantage).
• Extensive network in the Cyprus media landscape - strong relationships with journalists, editors, and key media players.
• Proven experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications, preferably within real estate, construction, or a related industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - a natural ability to engage with people.
• Strong experience in crisis management, reputation building, and media handling.
• Ability to craft compelling messages and strong editorial skills.
