Junior Procurement Officer

bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece. We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services. At current, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a Junior Procurement Officer to join our Development Department in Limassol office.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor the filing system and database for each procurement case
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team as required
• Communicate regularly with suppliers, subcontractors, and the accounting team to follow up and resolve issues
• Provide effective support for purchasing operations across all businesses within the Group
• Perform other duties as assigned within the department
• Prepare protocols and monitor the fulfillment of assigned tasks
• Conduct market research to support procurement activities
  

Requirements for the position:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 

• Excellent command of the MS Office suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel 

• Fluency in both English and Greek, written and verbal 

• Strong organizational and communication skills 

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines 

• Proven team player with a collaborative mindset
