Buckland is looking for a Quality Control Specialist, Intermediate   What you’ll be doing   This position is responsible for coordinate and audit documentation on entries, as assigned. This position will be assisting and maintaining the quality and accuracy of import entries. Review Certificates of Origin and other documentation to confirm eligibility to Free Trade programs. Analyze and update PGA records in entries and database with knowledge of PGA reporting requirements. Audit assigned files to ensure accuracy and instructions are followed. Work with operations department in maintaining of client database. Assist team leader in training of team members as assigned. Service clients and reporting of any issues to Team Leader/Supervisor. Ensures all shipments are entered in accordance with the US Federal Code of Regulations. Support as required in all Departmental Operations. Other responsibilities as assigned.   What we need from you   High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in US Customs brokerage. Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control. Basic knowledge of HTS classification. Intermediate MS Office knowledge. Strong verbal and written communication skills.  Must be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times. Valid Passport and ability and desire to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in CAD/USA/MX.
