What you’ll be doing
This position is responsible for assisting with compliance projects for major clients. This individual will provide management of the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) certificate solicitation process as directed or required. The role requires professional communication with clients, suppliers and government representatives as well as administrative support for the Compliance team.

You will be responsible for
Ensure timely follow up with client’s contacts to obtain necessary documentation.
Review FTA certificates for accuracy.
Maintain client and vendor relationships and perform as an integral part of the compliance team.
Participate in meetings, follow client and organization procedures and work together as a team to complete projects.
Utilize client and the organization’s software to organize and manage workload.
Use analytical skills in problem solving a variety of situations.
Create reports, assist in drafting compliance processes and work instructions.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Apply your skills with Microsoft utilizing programs such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
Demonstrate your meticulous attention to detail by ensuring accuracy and decision making.
Driven by results working in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain a well-organized calendar to balance meetings, tasks, and future initiatives.
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
What we need from you
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
Professional and mature demeanor.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
Solid analytical skills with an emphasis on accuracy.
Intermediate keyboarding skills.
Strong team player with ability to work independently.
Must be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times.
