We’re looking for a Marketing Manager, Demand Generation & Brand Growth to help build and scale our marketing engine from the ground up. This person will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, creating top-of-funnel demand, driving inbound interest, and turning our strong client stories and market credibility into measurable marketing impact.

This role will support Harper + Scott, a BDA company, and will focus on growing brand awareness and demand for the product lines featured on the Harper + Scott website.

This is a high-autonomy role for someone who knows how to build demand through both organic and paid growth, not just paid advertising. You’ll own campaign strategy and execution across digital channels, LinkedIn, website, content, Salesforce campaigns, CRM reporting, and sales-aligned marketing efforts.

The right person is entrepreneurial, hands-on, creative, data-driven, and energized by the opportunity to build something that can shape the future of the organization.

Harper+Scott, a BDA company, is a creative agency specializing in the sourcing, design, and production of private label promotional and retail products. Launched in 2014 to disrupt an archaic landscape of branded merchandise, our goal is to produce better quality and highly customized products to service our client needs while also providing quicker and more transparent customer service.

We now work with hundreds of cutting-edge brands who continually look to us for our thought leadership and innovative product design in promotional merchandise and GWPs, retail collections, influencer mailers, packaging, and displays.

H+S has twice been named a Fast 50 growing company by Crain’s New York, as well as one of the Best Places to Work by the Advertising Specialty Institute.

H+S is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

We make it. We make it better.

  • Own integrated campaigns across organic, paid, digital, website, LinkedIn, email, content, case studies, and sales enablement channels.
  • Develop campaigns that leverage existing brand value, client stories, case studies, and market credibility to generate inbound interest.
  • Partner closely with Sales and leadership to align marketing campaigns with pipeline goals, target accounts, buyer personas, and revenue priorities.
  • Build and manage Salesforce campaigns, campaign tracking, lead flow, reporting, and performance measurement.
  • Use Salesforce, LinkedIn, CRM data, and campaign analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize future efforts.
  • Identify creative ways to generate demand beyond paid advertising, including content-led growth, thought leadership, case studies, website optimization, organic social, referral opportunities, events, and account-based strategies.
  • Leverage the company website as a stronger demand generation and brand-building tool.
  • Build out digital programs that help the company show up more effectively in-market.
  • Use AI tools thoughtfully to improve speed, creativity, campaign execution, analysis, and content development.
  • Manage projects independently, including gathering inputs from stakeholders, building timelines, securing content, and driving work to completion.
  • Test, measure, learn, and continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Help create the marketing foundation, processes, and campaign infrastructure needed to support future growth.
  • 5–7 years of marketing experience, ideally with a focus on demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or revenue marketing.
  • Proven experience generating top-of-funnel interest through both organic and paid channels.
  • Strong digital marketing background with hands-on experience across channels such as LinkedIn, website, email, content, paid media, SEO, landing pages, and campaign analytics.
  • Experience building and managing campaigns in Salesforce or a similar CRM.

  • Ability to measure campaign success through data, including leads, engagement, conversion, pipeline influence, and campaign performance.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales to support demand creation and lead follow-up.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity around how generative AI can improve marketing execution, content development, research, reporting, or campaign efficiency.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from scratch.
  • Self-starter who can operate independently, move quickly, and figure out what is needed to get work done.
  • Creative, resourceful, and comfortable testing new ideas.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to own timelines, deadlines, content needs, and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where not everything is already built.
  • This is a rare opportunity to build a marketing engine with real ownership and visibility.
  • The brand already has credibility, strong client relationships, and great stories to tell — now we need someone who can turn that value into market awareness, inbound interest, and measurable demand.
  • You’ll have the autonomy to create the structure, campaigns, processes, and digital strategy needed to help marketing become a major driver of future growth. This is a chance to build from the ground up, bring fresh ideas, and make marketing a function that helps set the business up for its next chapter.
  • You’ll join a large, established organization with the opportunity to operate with an entrepreneurial mindset — combining the stability of a strong company with the freedom to build something meaningful.
