We're looking for an experienced AP & Payroll Officer to join our finance team in Perth. This role combines end-to-end AP responsibility with payroll support, working across modern systems in a collaborative, well-established team.
We're open to full-time or part-time candidates (min 0.7 FTE) with flexibility when life happens.
About the Role
~1 min readYou'll take ownership of core Accounts Payable functions while supporting payroll processing for our team of approximately 120 employees. Key responsibilities include:

Process supplier invoices and manage weekly/monthly payment runs

Reconcile bank and supplier accounts, resolving discrepancies promptly

Set up and maintain supplier accounts, ensuring accurate records

Process employee expense claims and corporate credit card reconciliations

Support end-to-end payroll processing using Ready Pay

Provide general AP/payroll administration support using SAP Business One

Monitor and action the accounts inbox, responding to queries in a timely manner

Serve as first point of contact on the dedicated accounts phone line
You'll bring solid, hands-on AP experience, with payroll exposure highly valued:

At least 5 years' specialised experience in Accounts Payable with payroll exposure

A process-driven, detail-oriented approach

Trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive financial and payroll data

Comfortable working autonomously and managing competing priorities

Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude

Familiarity with SAP Business One and/or Ready Pay or similar ERP & payroll systems is a plus
