Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and quality of service.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians and service advisors, fostering a positive work environment.
• Manage customer interactions, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
• Ensure excellent Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
• Handle warranty claims efficiently and effectively.
• Implement effective service processes and procedures to enhance productivity.
• Monitor performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the dealership.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in auto service management or a similar role within a dealership environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide references demonstrating past successes.
