Responsibilities

→Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to woman across the lifespan
→Conduct comprehensive well-woman exams, including screenings, education, and counseling
→Diagnose and manage common and complex gynecologic conditions
→Provide care and guidance for patient's navigation perimenopause and menopause including hormone therapy
→Collaborate with patients to develop Individualized care plans focused on prevention and wellness
→Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and imaging as appropriate
→Manage prescription medications, including hormone therapies and contraceptives
→Partner with physicians and fellow providers to coordinate care and ensure continuity
→Educate patients on topics such as reproductive health, contraception, lifestyle, and disease prevention
→Maintain accurate and through documentation in the electronic health record system
→Participate in team meetings and quality improvement efforts
→Stay current on best practices in women's health and continuing education requirements
