Sales Associate - Men's Fashion

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships.

• →Deliver an exceptional, high-touch customer experience
• →Style clients for everyday wear, events, and special occasions
• →Drive sales through upselling and personalized recommendations
• →Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• →Stay up to date on men's fashion trends, brands, and styling techniques
• →Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation
• →Support and contribute to social media content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• →Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals

• Previous retail or sales experience (fashion preferred)
• Strong passion for men's style and current trends
• Proven ability to sell, upsell, and close sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working weekends and peak retail hours
• Experience with or interest in social media and brand engagement

• Ability to style complete looks with confidence
• Strong relationship-building skills with repeat customers
• Creative mindset for content creation and brand promotion
• Self-motivated with a drive to hit and exceed sales goals
