Your role is Finance Manager. The Finance Manager owns BeeX's core finance operations end-to-end — from day-to-day bookkeeping and financial controls through to management reporting, cash and payroll, statutory compliance, budgeting, and investor and due-diligence support., directly reporting to Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

  • Own the accounting records as part of the monthly close process, including review of entries, reconciliations, and preparation of balance sheet schedules.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into accounting systems and maintain complete, audit-ready financial records.
  • Lead preparation of monthly management accounts, quarterly financial statements, and management reports with analysis.
  • Prepare annual financial statements and supporting schedules and support audit queries and year-end financial documentation.
  • Prepare investor reporting information, management explanations, and financial schedules for investor updates and stakeholder review.
  • Handle cash management and bank reconciliations, ensuring cash visibility and timely follow-up on reconciling items so bank balances and books remain accurate.
  • Process payroll, prepare and submit CPF contributions, check payroll-related payments, and support statutory compliance deadlines.
  • Own the invoicing process, ensure accurate customer billing, monitor collections, and maintain AR visibility for management.
  • Handle non-procurement payables, payment preparation, supporting documentation checks, accruals, and payment tracking outside normal procurement flow.
  • Manage grant reimbursement submissions, ensuring tracking, bookkeeping, and timely submission as part of broader management reporting and compliance documentation.
  • Support employee claims processing in line with company policy.
  • Support financial due diligence exercises, including preparation of financial data, schedules, reconciliations, and follow-up on finance questions from external parties.
  • Prepare budgeting support, track budget vs. actuals, and provide information for management review.
  • Implement and maintain department cost monitoring reports using Microsoft Power BI, improving visibility by department, cost category, trend, and variance.
  • Translate financial policies and regulatory requirements into practical controls across close, bank reconciliation, payroll/CPF, payables, invoicing, and reporting schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies, accounting standards, and Singapore statutory requirements at all times.

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; part or full qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred.
  • At least 4–6 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, with demonstrated ownership of month-end close, payroll/CPF, and financial reporting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Singapore statutory and tax requirements (CPF, GST, IRAS filings) and familiarity with the Employment Act.
  • Experience preparing financial statements, audit schedules, and investor or board-level reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools is a strong advantage.
  • High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines independently.
