Responsibilities

→Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment and machinery.
→Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during production.
→Ensure production processes meet quality, safety standards.
→Lead or guide junior technicians on technical tasks.
→Troubleshoot on assemblies’ issues.
→Monitor production output, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
→Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
→Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and company policies.
→Support implementation of new equipment, technologies, or production processes.
→Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing engineer and procurement.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics/Electrical, or a related technical field.
Hands on experience on mechanical and electrical/electronics assembly.
Experience on using Hands tools. Soldering and crimpling
5+ years of experience in production, manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of production equipment, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with quality control systems and safety standards.
Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, electrical /electronic schematic diagrams.
Leadership and team coordination skills.
Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Basic computer skills (production systems, reporting tools, MS Office).
Knowledge in Linux based OS(Ubuntu) is an advantages
