Purpose of Job

The purpose of this role is to support client engagements by delivering high-quality analytical insights and data-driven solutions to complex business problems within the pharmaceutical domain. The incumbent will work with diverse data sets, leverage advanced analytical and visualization tools, and collaborate closely with cross-functional and global teams to ensure timely, accurate, and impactful project outcomes. This role is designed to develop strong problem-solving, technical, and client-facing capabilities while contributing to overall project success and client satisfaction.

• Leverage problem solving skills to devise solutions to client business problems.

• Conduct analysis on complex and multiple pharma data sets

• Work on analytical and visualization tools such as R/Python/Tableau/SQL

• Deliver task/client deliverables through structured project management approach

• Ensure quality control in accordance with guidance from project manager.

• Work with Team/Project lead in all business-related tasks/activities, building project documentation and knowledge repository etc.

• Take ownership of assigned project task and deliver project with high quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

• Engineering/Master’s Degree from Tier-I/Tier-II institution/university with evidence of strong academics and aptitude

• Proficiency in using analytical and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI) - General stats knowledge is a plus.

• Industry experience in analytics and technology (At least 2 yrs. for Associate)

• Strong organizational and task management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
