Purpose of Job
 
We are looking for an exceptional Proposal Associate Consultant. In this role, you'll leverage your experience to help establish and optimize processes for building multiple RFPs simultaneously. Your insight will be instrumental in crafting high-quality proposal responses tailored to client needs and industry trends. With a keen eye for innovation, you'll lead the development of presales processes and sales enablement content to fuel our growth initiatives. 
  • Establish a scalable process for generating multiple RFPs concurrently, leveraging a team of analysts and designers. 
  • Craft high-quality proposal responses tailored to client needs and industry trends, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives. 
  • Develop and implement pre-sales processes, streamlining stakeholder management and enhancing solution efficiency. 
  • Build and manage a sales enablement content repository, fostering collaboration and maximizing efficiency. 
  • Drive business development initiatives, pitching cross-sell opportunities and uncovering new avenues for growth. 
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and client needs, informing solution development and driving innovation. 
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure program governance and client satisfaction. 
  • Mitigate risks and foster cross-functional collaboration to drive success. 
  • Post-graduate degree, preferably a master’s in business administration. 
  • 2-5 years of experience in healthcare consulting or a related field, with a focus on presales & proposal management. 
  • Core experience in solutions, proposal building, and RFP response management. 
  • Proven track record in building and scaling presales teams. 
  • Strong technical acumen in analytics, cloud solutions, and pharmaceutical sales and marketing operations. 
  • Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical/life science industry. 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. 
  • Strong understanding of commercial pharma needs and buyer groups. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. 
  • Proven track record of effective teamwork and stakeholder management. 
  • Commitment to transparency, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
