We’re looking for a Product Designer who can take ownership of problems end-to-end — from understanding users and shaping the problem, to crafting high-quality solutions that ship.

At AnywhereWorks, design is not a support function. It’s a core part of how products are shaped. You’ll work on real problems, real users, and experiences that are used at scale — not just concepts.
We’re looking for a Product Designer who can take ownership of problems end-to-end — from understanding users and shaping the problem, to crafting high-quality solutions that ship.
This is an IC role (no people management), but for senior designers, there’s an opportunity to mentor and influence design quality across the team.
You’ll work across products in a large ecosystem — from scheduling and collaboration tools to customer communication platforms — solving real-world, high-frequency use cases.
Design experiences used daily by global businesses and teams
Simplify complex workflows like scheduling, communication, and customer interactions
Work across web and mobile products in a connected ecosystem
Solve practical problems like:
Reducing friction in booking flows
Improving customer communication experiences
Designing for diverse users with different levels of tech comfort

Own design problems from discovery to delivery

Break down complex systems into clear, intuitive flows

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design

Use research, feedback, and data to improve decisions

Think through real-world scenarios — edge cases, failures, first-time use

Maintain a high bar for clarity, usability, and craft

Contribute to evolving design systems and consistency across products
Strong design craft + product thinking
Experience designing real, shipped products (not just concepts)
Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and constraints
Someone who takes ownership and responsibility for outcomes
Comfortable working in a remote, async, fast-moving environment
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Experience with complex workflows or multi-surface products is a plus
