The Director of Integrated Marketing is responsible for leading BELAY’s centralized marketing functions, ensuring the company’s brand, content, digital experience, marketing operations, and execution systems work together to drive scalable growth. This role serves as a strategic leader in modernizing BELAY’s marketing ecosystem through innovative, technology-forward solutions, scalable operational infrastructure, and AI-enabled marketing capabilities that enhance execution, efficiency, and business performance.
Serving as a key connector across the marketing organization, this leader will balance brand stewardship, operational excellence, content strategy, marketing technology, and executional rigor within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Reporting to the CMO, the Director will oversee content marketing, creative services, communications, web and SEO strategy, marketing operations, automation, and marketing project management while partnering closely with revenue marketing leaders across business lines.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and highly operational, with the ability to build scalable systems, lead cross-functional teams, improve execution velocity, elevate brand quality, and ensure marketing efforts translate into measurable business impact.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a BELAY Director, you will represent the company with professionalism and excellence in all virtual and in-person interactions, consistently embodying our mission, vision, and core values. You are expected to foster a collaborative, positive team environment while maintaining strict confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care. Integrity is essential and will be demonstrated through honest communication, accountability, and reliable follow-through on commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and unify centralized marketing functions across brand, content, operations, and digital experience.
- Ensure alignment between brand strategy, campaign execution, and revenue objectives.
- Build scalable processes and operating rhythms that improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner closely with revenue marketing leaders to support business-line growth goals.
- Drive operational consistency and cross-functional collaboration across the marketing organization.
- Oversee brand consistency and messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
- Lead content strategy and production, including thought leadership, demand generation support, SEO content, and customer storytelling.
- Manage internal and external communications, public relations coordination, and executive communications support.
- Oversee creative development across digital, web, campaign, and corporate initiatives.
- Own the company’s web experience strategy, including user experience, content structure, SEO alignment, and conversion optimization partnership.
- Ensure web properties support both brand experience and lead generation goals.
- Partner with growth marketing teams to improve conversion pathways and digital performance.
- Lead marketing operations functions including automation, campaign enablement, workflow management, and martech optimization.
- Oversee marketing project management processes to improve prioritization, execution speed, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive adoption and implementation of AI-enabled marketing workflows and tools.
- Ensure marketing systems and infrastructure scale effectively with organizational growth.
- Analyze reporting and performance data to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team across content, creative, marketing operations, project management, and digital experience.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Establish clear priorities, workflows, and performance expectations across shared-service marketing functions.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to support employee growth and engagement.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings focused on performance, development, communication, and team effectiveness.
- Develop and execute strategies aligned with organizational goals and measurable business outcomes.
- Clearly communicate priorities and strategic direction across the team and broader organization.

Qualifications
This role requires a motivated and trustworthy self-starter with strong communication and technological skills, who thrives independently and as part of a team, and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done! Our ideal director is flexible, creative, well-organized and will conduct relational and efficient coaching at all times.
- 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in high-growth, performance-driven, or private equity-backed environments.
- Experience leading cross-functional marketing teams spanning brand, content, digital, and operations.
- Strong operational mindset with demonstrated ability to build scalable marketing systems and processes.
- Deep understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing ecosystems, content strategy, SEO, marketing automation, and web experience management.
- Experience leveraging marketing technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve operational effectiveness and scalability.
- Strong communicator capable of balancing strategic thinking with execution and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and drive organizational alignment.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments with high accountability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
Working Conditions
BELAY Corporate offers full-time remote work, requiring a dedicated, distraction-free home office for standard Monday-Friday business hours. As a full-time, exempt W-2 employee, you'll join a vibrant, award-winning company culture where you're a valued, engaged team player in a thriving organization.
This role includes expected participation in conference calls, on-site meetings, ad-hoc meetings and off-site meetings which may require travel. This role serves as a member of the BELAY Leadership Team which encompasses leading and serving as an example of the company’s mission.
