Researcher is the source of every campaign's foundation. Before an SDR sends a single message, before an AM builds a strategy, someone has to turn a client's Ideal Customer Profile into a real, validated list of people worth reaching. That's you.
This is an ownership role, not a support one. You're not just pulling names off LinkedIn - you're the person who decides which leads are good enough to launch a campaign on, across multiple client projects and industries at once.
Identify high-quality leads against detailed ICPs, using LinkedIn, Google, Crunchbase, and any source that gets the job done;
Validate and enrich lead data - emails, titles, referrals - with Apollo, PhantomBuster, and Google Sheets, keeping every list clean and accurate;
Own research delivery across multiple concurrent projects, working toward a running monthly quota;
Study each client's product, industry, and ideal buyer well enough to explain why a given lead does or doesn't fit;
Flag targeting or data-quality issues early, with clear, constructive feedback for your Outbound Manager and the client;
Deliver clean weekly and monthly reports, and keep every deadline visible to your team.
2+ years of hands-on experience in lead generation research;
Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher, written and spoken;
Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel, browser research extensions, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
Ownership of your process - you can walk through your research approach without being asked;
A critical eye - you give realistic, constructive feedback, and take it just as well, treating coaching as fuel, not friction;
Comfort managing multiple research streams and client projects at once without losing accuracy or dropping details;
Genuine curiosity about who the "right" buyer is for each client, not just chasing a checklist;
A fast, adaptive mindset - you learn on the move, adjust when priorities shift, and don't wait to be told twice.
