As we expand, we are seeking a Head of Data to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making at the core of our product and business strategy. This critical role will lead the charge in analyzing and interpreting data, building data infrastructure, and providing actionable insights to enhance user experience and business performance. Analyze complex data sets to generate actionable insights that inform and guide product and business decisions

Design, create, and maintain reports for key performance metrics, ensuring they are accurate and aligned with organizational goals

Collaborate with department leads to define and refine data requirements, ensuring cross-functional alignment on data-driven strategies

Develop and implement robust data collection and analysis methodologies to ensure data integrity and scalability across projects

Identify trends, patterns, and key insights from data to proactively recommend strategies that drive business growth and optimize performance

6+ years of experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of driving data insights that influence business decisions

Strong proficiency in both relational and non-relational databases, with the ability to manage and manipulate large datasets efficiently

Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Tableau to create clear, actionable reports and dashboards

Expert-level understanding of statistics, with the ability to apply advanced analytical techniques to derive meaningful insights

Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus)
