Belmark is seeking individuals to join our team at our Flexible Packaging plant in Shawano, WI. You may be wondering - what do we do at Belmark? Well, we create many of the labels, cartons, and flexible film we as consumers see daily when shopping for various items. In this role, you will be responsible for operating our top-of-the-line packaging equipment to help provide customers with the best packaging solutions for their product. • Starting pay from $23.42 per hour
• Schedule of 3 consecutive days on and 4 consecutive days off
  • 1st Shift 4:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.
    • $1.00 shift differential
  • 2nd Shift 4:00 P.M. – 4:00 A.M.
    • $2.00 shift differential
• 12-hour shifts with consistent hours (NOT a swing shift)

• Set-up machines, make machine adjustments and stage materials when needed
• Ensure top quality during runs, perform quality assurance testing, data collection and administrative functions
• Inspect printed film for accepted quality and complete the appropriate paperwork
• Pay close attention to detail, utilize problem solving skills
• Work within a team environment
• Ability to help out in other departments as needed

• Requires education equivalent to two (2) years of high school.
• Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize the English language.
• Ability to use a ruler, calculator and various hand tools.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers.
• Regular attendance is required. May be required to work some overtime.
