We are looking for a Porter for the next season, to join our housekeeping team.  

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.  

He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community. 

He/She will Report to the Executive Housekeeper. 

• →Responsible for the welcome and farewell of our guests, according to the Company policies, standard and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times;  

• →Responsible for the parking of the guest cars and cleanliness of the parking area;  

• →Ensure that the external reception area is in order and well maintained;  

• →Being informed about guest information (arrivals, departures and guests in house);   

• →Being informed about touristic attractions in the area and services offered by the hotel;   

• →Working closely with the Reception staff and offering assistance when necessary;  

• →Deal with emergency requests when asked by a Supervisor;   

• →Maintain professional relationships with guests and colleagues;   

• → Anticipate guests needs.

• →Ensure that the external reception area is in order and well maintained
• →Being informed about guest information (arrivals, departures and guests in house)
• →Anticipate guests needs.
• →Fluent in English and Italian
• →Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• →In possess of a High School certificate

• →We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 4, Porter;

• →Start date: April 2026 to End date: November 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path;

• →Monthly gross salary around € 1.600, separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR;

• →Monthly welfare incentive based on quality goals;

• →Accommodation in our staff house including breakfast;

• →Bus ticket as benefit for the contract period; staff cantine;
