• →Providing a range of spa treatments and therapies to guests including massages, facials, body treatments, and other specialized luxury services using various techniques and products.
• →Conducting consultations with guests to understand their specific requirements and preferences, while providing recommendations on appropriate treatments to ensure a personalized, comfortable, and safe experience.
• →Preparing treatment rooms before each guest appointment to ensure the room is clean, organized and adequately stocked with supplies, linens, and equipment, creating a serene and inviting ambience for guests.
• →Assisting in managing the guest appointments when necessary.
• →Assisting guests and providing knowledge on products, skincare, and wellness practices to enhance the experience.

• Ability to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, communicate effectively with guests, and provide personalized attention to meet their individual needs and preferences.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and protocols related to spa services.
• High level of professionalism and ethics; ability to adhere to professional standards, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate ethical conduct in interactions with guests.
