As the Director of Personal Injury Partnerships, you will lead the strategy and execution to drive growth in Personal Injury and Motor Vehicle Accident Lien (MVAL) referral and evaluation volume across the organization. In this role, you will develop and expand attorney and legal referral networks, strengthen market presence, advance specialty service line growth, and build a scalable go-to-market strategy for personal injury and lien-based referral channels.
You will serve as a key strategic partner across Sales, Field Operations, Specialty Services, Intake, Legal, and other support teams to ensure growth initiatives translate into timely patient access, operational excellence, compliant processes, and exceptional partner experiences. Working closely with sales and operational leaders, you will align market development efforts with clinic readiness, service capabilities, referral conversion, and long-term business performance. Your leadership will play a critical role in advancing organizational growth while supporting our mission to deliver high-quality care to the communities we serve.
Responsibilities

- →Identify market opportunities, establish growth priorities, and position the organization as a preferred rehabilitation partner within the personal injury and legal referral marketplace.
- →Build and maintain strategic relationships with attorneys, legal referral networks, physician groups, and other referral partners to drive market expansion and referral growth.
- →Represent the organization through networking, educational, and business development activities while leveraging market intelligence and partner feedback to identify growth opportunities and enhance service delivery.
- →Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Specialty Services, Intake, and other stakeholders to ensure growth initiatives align with clinic capabilities, patient access objectives, referral conversion goals, and service line performance.
- →Collaborate across teams to improve referral workflows, partner experiences, and the successful implementation and expansion of Personal Injury/MVAL programs.
- →Monitor market performance, referral trends, and key business metrics, utilizing CRM and reporting tools to track activity, measure results, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
- →Contribute to annual planning, resource allocation, and long-term service line growth strategies.
- →Lead, coach, and develop team members by establishing clear performance expectations, supporting talent development, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results.
- →Travel up to 75% to support partner engagement, market development, and internal collaboration.
- →Other projects and duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, strategic partnerships, account management, or service line growth.
- Proven success building referral networks, developing market growth strategies, and driving business results.
- Experience collaborating across sales, operations, clinical, intake, legal, revenue cycle, and other support teams.
- Strong relationship-building, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish trusted partnerships with attorney groups and healthcare partners.
- Strategic, data-driven mindset with experience using CRM platforms, pipeline reporting, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and measure outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around growth initiatives.
- Ability to navigate complex referral channels and translate market insights into actionable business and operational recommendations.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience in personal injury, motor vehicle accident (MVA), lien-based healthcare, legal referral development, or related specialty healthcare sales.
- Experience developing relationships with attorney groups, legal networks, physician practices, and other referral partners.
- Experience within outpatient rehabilitation, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or other multi-site healthcare organizations.
- Experience leading sales, business development, partnership, or specialty service line teams.

Salary Range: $145,000 - $170,000/year
Estimated pay ranges listed above are based on several factors including but not limited to your pay class, experience, background and geographic location of the clinic
Benefits and eligibility are dependent on employment status and pay class (full-time, part-time, or PRN). Specific details will be provided during the hiring process.
