Assistant Manager- Richton Park

• 1-2 years of experience in Leasing or as an Assistant Manager
• Effective communication skills
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Excellent customer service, team building, and people skills

• →Assist the Community Manager with coordinating and overseeing repairs and unit turnovers
• →Ensure tenant needs are met and foster positive tenant relationships
• →Assist the Community Manager with performing daily, weekly, and monthly property and apartment inspections
• →Work with the Maintenance department and Community Manager to ensure all vacant spaces are market-ready
• →Analyze and review rents
• →Implement practices for expense savings and operational efficiencies
• →Advertise available units using a variety of media and promoting materials
• →Show units to prospective tenants,
• →Provide organizational and administrative support for the management staff
• →Prepare lease documentation in accordance with the community’s established policies and procedures

This position will require you to be on-site at our property in Richton Park, IL.
