We’re looking for a hands-on Learning & Development Manager who can turn business needs into engaging, well-executed learning experiences. This role will lead the design, delivery, and operation of onboarding, leadership, and capability-building programs across our global organization—while also helping shape the roadmap for what comes next.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Own the end-to-end delivery of global onboarding, leadership development, and core capability-building programs—from needs assessment and design through launch, facilitation, and evaluation.
- →Translate business priorities and capability gaps into practical learning plans, curricula, workshops, toolkits, and resources.
- →Create participant guides, facilitator materials, presentations, job aids, digital content, and follow-up resources that make learning easy to apply.
- →Manage program calendars, enrollment, communications, logistics, materials, attendance, and post-program follow-up.
- →Deliver Onboarding and development programs that build practical skills and support career progression.
- →Build and manage new content on the learning management system.
- →Partner closely with Vice President, Global People Strategy & Programs and the HR Business Partner community to clarify needs, define outcomes, and ensure learning solutions are relevant and actionable.
- →Coordinate these initiatives across markets, keeping stakeholders aligned on scope, timing, responsibilities, and deliverables.
- →Create clear communication plans and promotional materials that drive awareness, enrollment, participation, and adoption.
- →Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions, and program launch sessions that encourage participation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- →Gather participant feedback, track learning metrics, prepare impact reports, and recommend practical improvements.
- →Maintain learning documentation, program standards, shared resources, and governance processes to support consistent execution.
- →Stay current on learning practices and tools, testing new approaches that improve accessibility, engagement, and effectiveness.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in learning and development or talent development, including ownership of complex programs from design through delivery.
- Demonstrated experience creating and facilitating learning for employees, managers, and senior leaders in both virtual and in-person settings.
- Strong instructional design and adult learning expertise, with the ability to develop polished, practical learning content and facilitator materials.
- Hands-on experience managing learning operations, program logistics, communications, vendors, budgets, and multiple workstreams.
- Experience administering learning management systems and using digital learning tools to deliver content, manage assignments, support users, and report results.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and follow-through; able to move comfortably between planning and execution.
- Ability to use data, participant feedback, and stakeholder input to evaluate impact and improve programs.
- Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working across functions, markets, and cultures in a fast-moving, matrixed organization.
- Creative, practical, collaborative, and proactive, with a strong commitment to delivering an excellent learner experience.
- Experience in beauty, retail, consumer goods, luxury, or a creative brand environment preferred.
Remote, Part-Time (up to 30 hours per week)
The target salary range for this position is $75.00/hr-$100.00/hr. The actual salary offered will depend on market location and a variety of factors, which may include years of relevant experience, certifications or other professional licenses, other legitimate non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position, and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
