Are you up fo rhte opportunity of a lifetine? If so, we are seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to lead and optimize our multi-million-dollar digital marketing investment across both our B2B and eCommerce businesses. This role is responsible for driving measurable growth through digital advertising, demand generation, customer acquisition, customer retention, and brand awareness. This role reports to our Chief Digital Officer.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative — someone who understands digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, performance optimization, AI-enabled marketing tools, and the importance of collaboration across Marketing, Digital, Sales, and eCommerce teams.
This individual will serve as a digital marketing expert within the organization, partnering closely with our core Marketing and Digital teams while helping shape the future of digital growth
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead and optimize multi-million-dollar digital marketing spend across B2B and eCommerce businesses.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive ecommerce revenue, lead generation, customer acquisition, customer retention, and brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Google Shopping, LinkedIn, Meta, display, remarketing, PPC, and other digital channels.
- Drive profitable growth and measurable ROI through performance marketing, analytics, A/B testing, attribution modeling, and campaign optimization.
- Own website marketing strategy, campaign cadence, and customer journey optimization across ecommerce and lead generation funnels.
- Partner closely with Digital, eCommerce, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve customer experience, conversion rates, and digital engagement.
- Manage internal Marketing Specialists and/or external digital marketing agencies and partners.
- Lead email marketing strategy including segmentation,
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing KPIs, campaign performance, traffic, lead generation, and ecommerce results.
- Stay current on emerging digital marketing technologies, AI capabilities, and industry trends to continuously improve performance and customer engagement.
- Serve as a digital marketing expert and strategic partner to the broader Marketing organization.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, creativity, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience with responsibility for significant advertising budgets and performance marketing initiatives.
- Experience in B2B marketing required; eCommerce experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of: (Google Ads / PPC Campaign Management, Google Shopping Feeds, SEO / SEM, Remarketing & Display Advertising, Paid Social Campaigns, Email Marketing & Automation, Web Analytics & Attribution, Conversion Optimization, Demand Generation Strategies)
- Proven track record of driving profitable growth, customer acquisition, and measurable marketing ROI.
- Experience managing digital agencies and/or internal marketing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging testing, attribution modeling, and performance analytics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- AI marketing experience or strong interest in AI-enabled marketing solutions preferred.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and results-driven environment.
- Self-directed, resourceful, creative, and energized by innovation and continuous improvement.
- Marketplace experience is a plus but not required.
Working Environment:
- Hybrid work model (3 days in-person) at our Corporate office in downtown Chicago and local Business Unit in Lockport, IL as needed.
