At Betclic, Fraud & Anti Money Laundering are evolving toward a new operating model combining automation, AI-assisted decision-making, and scalable operational processes.

As part of the Fraud & AML Product Team, your mission will be to improve and industrialize AML operational workflows, reduce manual investigation duration, and help build more scalable and efficient AML processes supporting Betclic’s international growth.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Operations, Compliance, Data, and Tech. You will work closely with AML Operations teams to redesign investigator workflows, improve operational efficiency, and deploy automation initiatives while maintaining strong regulatory compliance.

This is a hands-on transformation role with immediate operational impact. Your main missions will include :

  • Analyze existing AML operational workflows, pain points, investigation processes, and compliance requirements
  • Improve investigator experience and operational efficiency
  • Reduce unnecessary customer friction while maintaining strong AML controls
  • Support the implementation of scalable operational processes adapted to Betclic’s growth

  • Contribute to the deployment of AI-assisted and automated AML workflows
  • Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Tech teams on workflow orchestration and operational tooling
  • Ensure proper monitoring, quality controls, and operational guardrails are implemented

  • Partner daily with AML investigators, Compliance teams, Customer Service, Finance, and Tech teams
  • Translate operational pain points into concrete product and process improvements
  • Facilitate alignment between operational, regulatory, and technical stakeholders
  • Contribute to process documentation, prioritization, and rollout coordination

  • Monitor operational KPIs and investigation performance
  • Conduct root-cause analyses on operational inefficiencies, delays, or incidents
  • Measure the impact of process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Use SQL and analytics tools to explore operational and risk data
  • Contribute to continuous improvement loops based on operational feedback and data insights

We are looking for pragmatic and execution-oriented professionals who thrive in fast-paced and operational environments.

This role is for you if:

    • You have 5+ years of experience in process transformation, operational excellence, product management, or workflow optimization
    • You have experience working on operational processes in regulated industries such as fintech, banking, payments, gaming, or consulting
    • You are comfortable working directly with operational teams and translating business pain points into scalable solutions
    • You are analytical, structured, and able to manage complex cross-functional topics end-to-end
    • You are data-driven and comfortable using SQL or analytics tools to investigate operational performance
    • You have experience working with automation, workflow tooling, or operational efficiency initiatives
    • Knowledge of AML, fraud, compliance, or financial crime operations is a strong plus
    • You are fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with both operational and senior stakeholders

      • If your application is selected, you will be contacted by Elodie within a week for an HR prequalification (30 minutes).
      • We will then ask you to complete the AssessFirst Test (personality, motivations, and reasoning).
      • You will then meet Simon - Director of Fraud, followed by Julien - Lead PM
      • Finally, Elodie will receive you for a final HR interview, and you will take the opportunity to debrief your AssessFirst Test together.
