- Cross-functional leadership: Partner closely with Design, Engineering, and Product teams to identify transversal needs, prioritize investments, and drive alignment around shared foundations.
In this role, your main missions will be:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our users, competitive environment, and products.
- Establish, formalize, and share competitive intelligence and product benchmarking.
- Monitor app performance and stay up to date with Design System trends and developments.

- Identify and understand user problems and needs, prioritizing them according to their potential value.
- Leverage data and qualitative and quantitative research methods including user interviews, user testing, market studies, and internal data analysis to identify and assess product opportunities.
- Formulate hypotheses and validate or invalidate identified opportunities through user feedback and collected data.
- Contribute to the overall product strategy and identify initiatives that simplify, streamline, and enhance the mobile experience for Betclic users.

- Champion and communicate the product strategy across your department and the wider company.
- Design the overall user journey and deliver the best possible user experience in partnership with Product Designers.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and design the best solutions to user problems, following the most iterative path possible.
- Ensure that delivered solutions generate measurable value.
- Write user stories while ensuring compliance requirements are met, track progress, and validate deliverables on time.
- Prioritize the backlog, plan and coordinate sprints, and ensure Agile/Scrum best practices are followed within your squad.
- Guarantee product quality, maintain documentation, and conduct functional analyses when incidents occur.
- Measure the impact and usage of new features to continuously optimize the product.
We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm !
This job is for you if:

- You know how to structure Product Discovery, conduct user interviews, analyze insights, and validate or invalidate user needs.
- You are deeply user-centered, enjoy listening to users, creating direct impact, and taking on ambitious challenges.
- You are fluent with AI tools, especially Claude Code. Curious, creative, and hands-on, you enjoy experimenting and turning ideas into working prototypes yourself.
- You are data-oriented and know how to interpret metrics, understand what works, and continuously measure product impact.
- You demonstrate empathy, autonomy, rigor, and strong organizational skills, and you are comfortable negotiating, building alignment, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
