In this role, your main missions will be:

• Handle data subject rights requests in collaboration with the Customer Service

• Support the review and drafting of GDPR-related contracts in coordination with the Legal Department

• Help maintain and update the record of processing activities

• Contribute to the privacy compliance of Betclic internal projects

• Assist in awareness campaigns and help promote a culture of data privacy

• Conduct legal and regulatory monitoring on data protection matters

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring dedication, clarity, and collaboration to their work!

This apprenticeship is for you if:

• You are a Master’s student in Law (preferably with a specialization in IT law, data protection, or business law), Business School, or General Management program, looking for a 12-month apprenticeship

• You have a strong knowledge of GDPR and broader digital regulations, including emerging AI related regulations such as the AI Act

• You are versatile, open-minded, and autonomous in your work

• You enjoy working cross-functionally and have great interpersonal skills

• You are comfortable working in English on a daily basis

A first experience (internship or apprenticeship) that helped you develop a good understanding of how a company operates would be a plus.

If your application is shortlisted, Mathilde will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Arnaud, DPO, who will be your future mentor.

Finally, Mathilde will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes around 4 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
