As Marketing Effectiveness Manager, reporting to the Head of Product Marketing & Media Measurement within the Growth department, you will work closely with Data Scientists, Data Analysts and Data Engineers to bring marketing effectiveness expertise into the Measurement Squad. Your mission is to own the marketing effectiveness framework, translate MMM outputs into actionable investment decisions, and build the reporting products that enable Growth, Finance and Data teams to act on measurement data.
This role is central to scaling Betclic’s marketing measurement capability beyond its current foundations.
In this role, your main missions will be:
- Own the marketing effectiveness framework and drive the interpretation of MMM outputs into media investment recommendations
- Design and define the effectiveness reporting products
- Coordinate engineering and design teams to build and iterate the tool, from MMM output dashboards to budget optimisation interfaces
- Define and track KPIs to assess marketing performance across channels, in alignment with marketing (brand & perf) and Finance
- Serve as the primary bridge between media/marketing teams and the measurement function
- Drive scenario planning and budget optimisation exercises grounded in measurement data
- Keep teams aligned on the status and progress of effectiveness products
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing ROI through data-driven recommendations

This role is for you if:
- You have at least 5+ years of experience in media research, media agency, marketing analytics or growth marketing
- You have built a marketing measurement product from scoping to deployment
- You have a solid understanding of measurement frameworks: MMM, incrementality testing, attribution
- You are comfortable with scenario planning and budget optimisation tools
- You have strong data analysis skills and can work with data outputs without needing full technical support
- You are able to work across diverse stakeholders and functions in a matrix organisation
- You are fluent in English
If your application is shortlisted, Benoit will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will meet Anne Laure, your future manager.
You will work on a case study to present to the team and complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
Next, you will meet potential stakeholders: Engineering Director, Data Scientist...
Benoit will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
