As a Staff Data Analyst specialized in business Growth, you will serve as the strategic analytics partner for our digital acquisition and engagement teams. Working closely with Product Directors and senior business stakeholders, you will ensure that every initiative is guided by data, delivers measurable business impact, and contributes to Betclic's long-term strategic objectives.

Your will leverage strong analytics skills combined with advanced business acumen in the digital acquisition field to:

• Partner with Product Directors and senior business stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of strategic priorities, business challenges, and future opportunities.

• Deliver high-impact analyses and transform complex data into actionable insights that drive product improvements and measurable business outcomes.

• Actively participate in the definition of our marketing investment strategy to maximize both efficiency and profitability in our different acquisition channels

• Design and conduct incrementality tests to measure and improve our acquisition performance

• Collaborate with transverse data teams in the deployment of our self-serve analytics capabilities and the semantic layer definition

As part of your Staff Data Analyst scope, you will serve as the primary analytics partner for the Acquisition domain, collaborating closely with Business Leaders, Product Directors, AI/GenAI Leaders, and senior executives to align priorities, shape strategy, and maximize business value. This role offers significant exposure to executive leadership and requires the ability to communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
