In this context, your duties are:

Provide first-level support to end-users,
troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
Assist in implementing and managing security protocols to safeguard company data.
Hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Contribute to the documentation of system configurations and procedures.
Mentorship from experienced IT professionals.

Intern with a good dose of humour, respect and kindness, a little zeal and a real passion for their profession!

This internship is for you if:

You are familiar with various operating systems and platforms (windows 10, Mac OS)
You have basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN)
You have excellent communication skills
You have problem-solving skills
You have strong attention to detail
You are able to work on your own as well as part of a team.

If your application is shortlisted, you will meet with the relevant hiring managers and an HR representative throughout the recruitment process. 

You may also be asked to complete technical assessments and a psychometric test, depending on the role.

The recruitment process typically takes between 3 to 6 weeks, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for you.
