As a Data and HR Admin Executive, you will join the HR Malta team, made up of 11 people, whose role is to actively support the Payroll and Data Administration team with any payroll duties and administration tasks.

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Registering employees with Jobsplus (new hires, terminations, job changes).
• Assisting employees with Social Security documentation.
• Maintaining employee records within the payroll system.
• Inputting absences (vacation, sick leave, etc.) in Payroll/Lucca.
• Archiving terminated employee files electronically.
• Supporting new joiner documentation processing.
• Issuing Jobsplus termination forms and FS3s as part of final documentation.
• Applying for Social Security and a tax number.
• Checking and submitting FS4 forms.
• Maintaining and overseeing the Passport Integration Programme via the HR system.
• Ensuring accurate payroll record-keeping.
• Issuing confirmation of employment letters.
• Acting as a backup for all admin duties, including absence management.
• Supporting additional projects as needed in collaboration with the HR Director, Compensation Administrator, and Payroll Manager.

This job is for you if you have:

• Payroll & Admin Experience.
• Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience using payroll software, working with Shireburn, will be considered an asset.
• Knowledge in Tax Laws
• Strong Communication and Active Listening Skills.
• Attention to detail and Planning Skills.
