The Role

We are looking for an Operations Executive who will report directly to the Head of Operations and support the efficient running of the organization's day-to-day activities. You will focus on operational monitoring, process improvement, and data analysis, acting as a key enabler for the Head of Operations in driving efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports the Head of Operations in the day-to-day running of the organization
• Monitors ongoing company projects and prepares weekly status updates for the Head of Operations
• Identifies operational inefficiencies and proposes practical improvements
• Assists in the implementation of new procedures and solutions across departments
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve tools, platforms, and systems
• Supports the adoption of technology-driven automation and operational tools
• Prepares data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualizations
• Analyses primary and secondary data to support evidence-based decision making
• Prepares ad hoc reports highlighting trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data

Who We Are Looking For

• University Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
• Ability to write and communicate clearly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
• Organizational and planning skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
