We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to help shape the future of our Artificial Intelligence platform at Betsson Group. You’ll guide complex technical decisions, support engineers across multiple squads, and collaborate with product and architecture teams to deliver high-performing services used by millions of players. This is an opportunity to work with bleeding edge technology, define the standards for the agentic architecture, drive best practices, and help your colleagues grow, all while staying technically involved yourself.

Responsibilities

As a senior technical voice in the AI area, your focus will be on raising engineering and architecture standards, define and explore the technology stack, and mentoring others to reach their full potential. You’ll lead design discussions, troubleshoot complex problems, guide delivery efforts, and contribute directly to our codebase when it matters most. Alongside our architects, you’ll ensure technical decisions align with wider product goals and platform direction. You’ll also play a key part in building a collaborative, high-performing team culture. Whether reviewing code, coaching engineers, or helping assess new tools, your influence will shape how we work and what we deliver.

Proven experience designing and delivering production ready AI Applications
Strong technical background in Machine Learning and Generative AI
Knowledge on Fine tuning foundation models and using python
Experience building context systems using RAG, Vector Stores and MCP
Experience on Designing and implementing AI Agents using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain
Experience mentoring or leading engineers in a technical capacity
