Betsson Group is seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented CRM coordinator with a "can-do" attitude to join our Global CRM & Engagement department.

In this role, you'll be part of a team that is accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of below the line (BTL) Live Casino retention campaigns and communications across a variety of the group’s brands and markets. It offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in CRM and email marketing, while learning about the latest CRM tools and strategies. As a CRM Coordinator, you will actively support the daily operations of the CRM Live Casino Retention team, contributing to initiatives that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

A minimum of one year of experience in the iGaming industry or relevant experience related to the role.
Ability to understand and follow detailed technical instructions.
Genuine interest in the online Live Casino sector.
Good project management skills, enabling you to handle multiple campaigns and tasks concurrently.
Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
Experience working in Jira.
