Scrum Master

• →Identify, track, and remove impediments that block the team's progress, escalating to leadership when necessary;
• →Partner closely with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is well-refined, prioritized, and clearly understood by the development team;
• →Promote effective collaboration between developers, QA, designers, Product, and other stakeholders;
• →Monitor team health and performance using Agile metrics and use insights to guide improvements;
• →Facilitate dependency management and coordination with other Scrum teams or cross-functional stakeholders;
• →Lead and support retrospectives that produce actionable improvements, and ensure follow-through on agreed actions;
• →Support onboarding of new team members into Agile ways of working;
• →Encourage a safe environment for open feedback, healthy conflict, and team accountability.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or other technical field; A Master's degree is considered an advantage;
• At least 2 years of experience working as an SM/Agile Coach;
• Strong knowledge of English language (both verbal and written) is mandatory;
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodology;
• Possession of Scrum Master or equivalent certificate(s) in Agile direction;
• Effective communication and facilitation skills;
• Ability to conduct negotiations well and to cope with difficult tasks;
• Good organizational skills;
• Detail oriented;
• Focus on continuous development.
