As the Service Manager for Infrastructure and Cloud, you will own the vision and execution for infrastructure and cloud services, ensuring alignment with business objectives, IT strategy, and operational excellence.

You will act as the critical bridge between engineering, operations, and business stakeholders, driving service delivery, service quality, and roadmap execution at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap for Infrastructure and Cloud services in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Translate IT infrastructure and cloud strategy into actionable product and service capabilities initiatives.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to evolve the platform.
  • Define and track SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs to ensure high service quality and continuous improvement.
  • Champion a customer-centric mindset for internal stakeholders and platform users.
  • Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor delivery progress and adjust plans based on feedback and changing business needs
  • Expertise in IT operations, infrastructure, or service management roles
  • Strong experience in a Service Manager (or equivalent) role, with direct ownership of production services
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end service delivery in complex IT environments
  • Strong understanding of: Cloud Infrastructure, IaaS, Hybrid infrastructure, compute, storage, networking, and virtualization, High-availability and disaster recovery architectures
  • Experience working within ITIL-based environments
  • Track record of: Defining and managing SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs and driving service improvement initiatives
  • Experience operating in regulated industries (iGaming, fintech, payments, or similar is a strong plus).
