    Minimum requirement includes a high school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in finance or a related field is advantageous.

    Previous mortgage experience is not required. We welcome recent graduates and candidates with experience in customer service, banking, hospitality, retail, sales, or other client-facing roles who are eager to build a career in the mortgage industry.

This role is designed as the first step in a long-term career path at NEO Home Loans.
