- Develop reporting and insights by leveraging data from multiple systems (e.g., Verifiable, Internal tools, Looker, and Mode)
- Analyze the process and operational data to identify trends, surface opportunities, and inform decision-making
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights that drive continuous improvement, support people managers, and influence operations
- Lead new vendor requests through the legal and security review process, ensuring satisfaction around regulation and compliance
- Ensure that vendor teams are appropriately resourced and meeting the agreed terms of the stream of work and signed contracts
- Act as liaison between third party product teams and internal product teams to ensure best coordination across systems
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable solutions that streamline internal coordination
- Serve as a key representative of Insurance Operations Systems across internal stakeholders, ensuring visibility and alignment
- You will NOT worry about "runway", "cash left", or "how much time we have until the next round". We have the startup DNA but we're fully backed and funded, all the way to success.
- You will NOT be confined to your "job". You will get involved in product, marketing, business strategy, and almost everything we do.
- You will NOT be bogged down by office politics, ego, or bad attitude. Only positive, pleasure-to-work-with people are allowed here!
- You will NOT get yourself burned out. We work hard but we believe in maintaining a sustainable work/life balance. Really.
