We’re expanding our Content Production team and looking for a Line Producer in Warsaw who can confidently manage photo & video shoots and take full ownership of the process.

• Ownership with support: you make decisions, but you’re never left alone with them
• A structured, collaborative team that keeps production predictable and well-organized
• Growth at a healthy pace: larger-scale projects without constant overload
• Open communication: you can ask questions, share ideas, and influence decisions without bureaucracy

• Run photo and video shoots end-to-end (pre-production → on-set → delivery)
• Work with models, locations, and vendors in Warsaw
• Own briefs, timelines, and production quality — with clear expectations and support

• 1+ year of experience in production or shoot coordination
• Hands-on experience organizing full-cycle shoots
• Working proficiency in English or Polish
• Advanced Ukrainian
• Ability to structure work using tools like Google Sheets, Docs, etc.
• Strong self-organization and ability to keep processes under control
