✓Assist with civil and site-prep work, including concrete prep, grounding, and trenching when required.

✓Participate actively in daily job-site safety meetings and maintain a proactive attitude toward a zero-incident workplace.

Requirements

Solid, verifiable experience in heavy labor, general construction, civil excavation, concrete, mechanical trades, framing, or something similar.
Must be physically fit, capable of lifting 50+ lbs regularly, and entirely comfortable working at significant heights in various weather conditions.
A proactive, professional attitude with high integrity and a strong drive to learn a specialized trade.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a standard drug screen and background check.
