We’re a dynamic, independent studio of over 1200 passionate employees, with studios in Toronto (Behaviour Toronto), Rotterdam (Behaviour Rotterdam) and in the UK (Behaviour UK–North & South). At the core of 7 Days to Die’s live service evolution, the Producer plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering ongoing content to our players. Working closely with discipline directors & leads, you will fully own key content & feature initiativess that directly impact player engagement and retention.

With a hands-on, ownership driven mindset, you bring structure, momentum and clarity, helping the team continuously improve the game experience for a passionate and growing player community.

  • Prioritize and own high-impact features by aligning content, quality targets, and delivery with the game’s live service vision.
  • Drive planning and execution by managing tasks, dependencies, and milestones to ensure timely and predictable releases.
  • Be accountable for the overall quality, stability, and success of the live product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Manage resources and partial budgets to support sustainable growth, scalability, and post‑launch development.
  • Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, external partners, and clients to align expectations and deliver against shared goals.
  • Contribute to team growth by participating in hiring and helping build a strong, high-performing production team.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Producer. 
  • Proven success in managing the production of AAA games for PC/Console and on live games.
  • Solid track record of leading the production of at least one published game.
  • Experience managing multiple cross-discipline teams. 
  • Broad knowledge across diverse areas of game-making, a background in development, art or production is desirable. 
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of mentoring teams and delivering projects on time.
  • Experience developing processes and procedures for gaming production. 
  • Prioriser et piloter des fonctionnalités à fort impact en alignant contenu, objectifs de qualité et livraison avec la vision live service du jeu;
  • Piloter la planification et l’exécution en gérant les tâches, dépendances et jalons afin d’assurer des livraisons fiables et dans les délais;
  • Être responsable de la qualité globale, de la stabilité et du succès du produit live tout au long de son cycle de vie;
  • Gérer les ressources et des budgets partiels afin de soutenir une croissance durable, la scalabilité et le développement post‑lancement;
  • Favoriser une collaboration étroite avec les équipes transverses, les partenaires externes et les clients afin d’aligner les attentes et d’atteindre des objectifs communs;
  • Contribuer à la croissance de l’équipe en participant aux recrutements et en aidant à bâtir une équipe de production solide et performante.
  • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en tant que Producteur·rice;
  • Expérience confirmée dans la production de jeux AAA sur PC/console, y compris des jeux en live;
  • Antécédents solides dans la production d’au moins un jeu publié;
  • Expérience dans la gestion de plusieurs équipes multidisciplinaires;
  • Connaissances étendues des différents aspects de la création de jeux , une formation en développement, en art ou en production est un atout;
  • Excellentes compétences en leadership et en gestion de projet, avec une expérience avérée dans l’accompagnement des équipes et la livraison de projets dans les délais;
  • Expérience dans la mise en place de processus et de procédures de production dans le jeu vidéo.
