The Senior Business Analyst/Power Platform Expert will play a key role in shaping and optimizing our corporate tools. Partnering closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross‑functional back‑office teams, this person will analyze business needs, evaluate and design solutions, and oversee end‑to‑end delivery to ensure that new features are robust, scalable, and aligned with our operational goals.
  • Take ownership of D365 CRM and related solutions, acting as subject‑matter expert across Sales, Project Operations, Customer Service and custom applications.
  • Leverage the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) to enhance and extend CRM functionalities.
  • Optimize and maintain integrations between CRM and other internal systems (Azure, HRIS, ERP, Power BI, etc.).
  • Define data governance standards and establish internal CRM best practices to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, evaluate and refine business and end‑user needs.
  • Document processes and technical solutions, while supporting the team in work methodologies such as Agile Scrum and DevOps.
  • Expert in Power Platform (5+ years) with knowledge of Project Operations, Sales, and Customer Service apps.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the autonomy to work with minimal supervision.
  • Organized and familiar with Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Functional understanding of administrative processes (Sales, Finance, HR, Recruitment, Support).
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, with strong interpersonal abilities. 
  • Prendre en charge le CRM D365 et les solutions connexes, en agissant comme expert·e métier pour les modules Sales, Project Operations, Customer Service ainsi que pour les applications personnalisées;
  • Exploiter la Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) afin d’améliorer et d’étendre les fonctionnalités du CRM;
  • Optimiser et maintenir les intégrations entre le CRM et les autres systèmes internes (Azure, HRIS, ERP, Power BI, etc.);
  • Définir les standards de gouvernance des données et établir les meilleures pratiques internes liées au CRM pour assurer cohérence et qualité;
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour analyser, évaluer et affiner les besoins d’affaires et des utilisateurs finaux;
  • Documenter les processus et les solutions techniques tout en soutenant l’équipe dans les méthodologies de travail telles que Agile Scrum et DevOps.
  • Expert·e de la Power Platform (5+ ans) avec une bonne connaissance des applications Project Operations, Sales et Customer Service;
  • Solides capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes, avec l’autonomie nécessaire pour travailler avec un minimum de supervision;
  • Organisé·e et familier·ère avec la méthodologie Agile Scrum;
  • Compréhension fonctionnelle des processus administratifs (Ventes, Finance, RH, Recrutement, Support);
  • Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais, avec de fortes aptitudes interpersonnelles.
